If you are a recent DC Public or Metro Area public high school graduate, current DCPS/Charter dual enrollment high school student, current DC government employee, eligible non-citizen (asylee, refugee, or permanent resident), or Dreamer living in the District, please refer to the “Special populations” area of the residency website for additional guidance.

For students to receive DC or Metro residency tuition and fee rates, they must establish residency by submitting the appropriate documentation and a completed residency application to residency@udc.edu.

If you fail to establish residency, you will be considered out-of-state and charged the “Non-Resident” tuition rate. 此外，如果您已经提交了您的居留文件，请留出10个工作日来评估您的请求。
